NEW YORK — Vice President Kamala Harris will appear at ground zero in New York Sunday on the 21st anniversary of the Sept. 11 terror attacks while President Joe Biden will speak at the Pentagon. “(Biden and Harris) will travel across the country to honor and remember the victims of the September 11th terror attack,” the White House said in a statement.
