COLUMBIA, S.C. — Vice President Kamala Harris appears to be traveling to Columbia Friday to accompany Congressman Jim Clyburn, D-S.C., as he files paperwork for President Joe Biden to appear on the South Carolina Democratic Party presidential primary ballot.
