Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky promised the military a reform of conscription laws in a video speech on Friday evening. The proposed reforms concern the conditions for the possible demobilization of front-line fighters, including some soldiers who have fought on the front lines since Russia launched the full-scale invasion in February 2022.
