A 25-year-old Virginia man who has become popular online was arrested on Sunday for allegedly threatening to shoot both his underage girlfriend and police, WTVR-TV reported.
Bryan Silva was taken out of his Charlottesville home with his pants around his knees after authorities fired a "chemical irritant" inside. He was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and abduction.
The 17-year-old girl contacted police and relayed Silva's alleged threats after escaping from his home. However, the suspect initially barricaded himself inside when police arrived with warrants, prompting them to call in a negotiator.
Silva, who has been described as a "Vine star" for amassing more than 460,000 followers on the video-posting website, continued posting during his standoff with police. He posted a picture on his Facebook page saying, "she betrayed me" and that police had posted snipers nearby.
He also posted a video in which he rants about "hatin' a*s n*ggas" while drinking, which can be seen below.
