CNN segment goes off the rails as Kayleigh McEnany accuses network's fact checkers of liberal bias

CNN panelist Angela Rye pulled double duty Tuesday night, first going head-to-head with former Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, before getting into a shouting match with Trump spokesperson Kayleigh McEnanny that ranged way out of host Don Lemon's control.

Following a segment in which McEnany said Democrats had an aversion to facts, Rye interrupted the panel's conversation saying, "I can't deal with this."

"Kayleigh, I love you dearly," she began. "You cannot continue to say that Democrats resist facts. Like, that is laughable. Your candidate is actually allergic to facts. Allergic to facts. There's a CNN pie chart that they just put out where Trump's pie chart is two thirds false or mostly false for all the words that come out of his mouth."

"The liberal fact checkers that have been proven unreliable," McEnany retorted, causing Rye to issue an incredulous "Ohhhh!"

"The liberal fact checkers!" Rye exclaimed as McEnany attempted to talk over her. "We're paid political commentators on this network."

McEnany replied, "Quotes aren't facts. 'Maybe we shouldn't do this right now,' end quote. That is a fact?"

As McEnany continued talking and Lemon finally attempted to shut the argument down, Rye added, "I'm just telling you CNN has demonstrated -- the network that we're paid by -- has demonstrated that Donald Trump lies most of the time."
