Appearing with CNN's Anderson Cooper, the campaign manager for GOP nominee Donald Trump was continually thrown off her 'run out the clock' game Tuesday night as the host continually reminded her that her candidate is way behind in the polls.
Addressing the Trump campaign's attempt to depress Democratic turnout since he's unable to pick up new voters, Conway blamed Clinton for making voters stay away.
"I think Hillary Clinton's been depressing democratic turnout," Conway said prior to rattling off numbers. "Why is this woman at 46 percent? She's like the magic 46. She's 46 in the new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll -- "
"She's ahead of your candidate though," Cooper interrupted her.
"Pardon me?" a shocked Conway shot back. "Well, Anderson, she's running as the first female president who has a sitting president and was first lady, much more popular than she'll ever be --"
The CNN host stopped her again.
"Your candidate is below 40 percent," he reminded her.
A clearly frustrated Conway bitterly replied, "Is that a question?"
"Well, you're saying 46 percent is bad, but 37 percent is worse," Cooper lectured her.
"You asked me about Hillary Clinton -- you asked me if I thought -- well, yeah right, one does not need to be a pollster to know that," she replied before going back to filibustering.
