According to Buzzfeed News Capitol Hill reporter Emma Loop, Senate Intelligence Committee head Richard Burr (R-NC) stated that his committee is looking into the 2016 presidential campaign of Green Party nominee Jill Stein for Russian collusion.
In a series of Tweets, Loop stated Burr said,"I think it's safe to say that we've got two other campaigns that we're just starting on," adding that Stein's campaign is under scrutiny.
Stein's connection to Russia was the subject of rumors after she was photographed at a speech in Russia, sitting at a table with Russian President Vladimir Putin and former Trump National Security Director Michael Flynn.
