New details have emerged after a 12-year-old Texas girl shot her father before killing herself.
Photos obtained by the Daily Mail show the 12-year-old girl and her father, 38-year-old Daniel Brown, handling firearms in Poole, Texas.
Brown appeared to be handling an assault-style rifle in the photo.
The girl allegedly shot Brown on September 20, 2022 before taking her own life.
Brown reportedly had an FFL license, allowing him to sell and store firearms.

The daughter was said to be in a suicide pact with another 12-year-old from Lufkin. That girl has been taken into custody and charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
The 12-year-old girl's case was completed on March 14, 2023. The state would not disclose her sentence due to youth privacy laws.
