A Colorado Republican lawmaker blamed abortion laws for a brutal attack last week on a pregnant woman in his state.
State Rep. Gordon Klingenschmitt (R-Colorado Springs), a demon-obsessed former Navy chaplain elected last year to the state House of Representatives, discussed the case Wednesday on his “Pray In Jesus Name” program, reported Right Wing Watch.
Michelle Wilkins, who was seven months pregnant, was lured to the home of a Longmont woman advertising baby clothes for sale on Craigslist.
Instead, police said 34-year-old Dynel Lane stabbed the 26-year-old pregnant woman and “removed” the fetus from her body and went to a hospital, where she claimed she had a miscarriage.
Wilkins survived, but her baby did not.
The lawmaker tied the case to a passage from Hosea, in which God curses the Samaritans for their rebellion and warns “their little ones shall be dashed in pieces, and their pregnant women ripped open.”
“I wonder if there is prophetic significance to America today in that scripture,” Klingenschmitt said. “This is the curse of God upon America for our sin of not protecting innocent children in the womb — and part of that curse for our rebellion against God as a nation is that our pregnant women are ripped open.”

Gov. Ron DeSantis still won’t reveal true COID-19 data — so things are probably much worse
Florida reached 213,000 coronavirus cases on Tuesday, as Gov. Ron DeSantis continues to encourage the state to reopen at all costs.
According to CNN's Randi Kaye, the numbers spell "trouble" for the state as it's GOP leaders are opting for a simplistic approach to reopening.
Just in the last 24 hours, they have had more than 1,600 people hospitalized for COVID," she cited. "In the last two weeks, the hospitalization haves gone up 90 percent. The ICU bed demand has gone up 86 percent, and the ventilator usage has gone up 127 percent. The governor is saying he's sending 100 nurses and 47 beds to Jackson Health because they need it so much. But at last check, we've noted that about 56 hospitals around the state have run out of ICU beds, which means they have no space for anyone who needs an ICU bed. This is really critical for Miami-Dade because they make up the 24 percent of the cases throughout the state, so they really need those hospital beds."

According to the story, Times reporter Suzanne Craig appeared at Mary Trump's door asking about the information. Mary explained that she didn't have any of the documents, but Craig suggested that their lawyer might.
Trump threatened to disown Don Jr if he joined the military: report
On MSNBC Tuesday, Rachel Maddow reported that Mary Trump's upcoming tell-all book claims that President Donald Trump threatened to disown his eldest son if he joined the military.
"Our Uncle Rob, Robert Trump, the president's younger brother, told us, quote, 'any of them could be disowned at any time,'" said Maddow. "'Donny' — meaning Donald Trump Jr. — 'was going to join the Army or some bullsh*t like that, and Donald and Ivana told him if he did, they'd disown him in a second.'"
"The president threatening to disown his son if he joined the military," added Maddow. "Casts a shadow, looms a little bit over what we understand about his bizarre relationship with the military and his perception of their — their role in his administration."
