Speaking before Massachusetts Democrats, Sen. Elizabeth Warren continued her all-out assault on presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump, calling him a "proven businessman and a proven failure."
The Massachusetts Democrat, who has been a thorn in Trump's side, ripped into the the blustery businessman by going after his scandal-plagued Trump University.
"'Trump University,' a place where his former employees call it just one big fraudulent scheme. Now, rather than investing in high-quality instructors and counselors, Donald Trump put together an army of sales people. It was like a used car dealership—except that’s not fair to used car dealerships," Warren explained. "Trump salespeople focused on how much money someone could come up with, and they would push prospective students to max out their credit cards so they could fork over thousands, sometimes tens of thousands of dollars to Donald."
“Here’s a man who builds a business to profit off other peoples’ pain. He wants to be Commander in Chief, but he’s only qualified to be Fraudster-in-Chief.”
She then ticked off a list of other Trump business collapses.
"Trump University failed, and that’s no surprise," she stated. "Now think of Trump Airlines, Trump Steaks, Trump Magazines, Trump Vodka, Trump Casinos, Trump Mortgage, Trump Games, Trump Travel, the Trump Network, Trump Radio and Trump New Media."
"Donald Trump is a proven businessman. A proven failure," she added.
