On Wednesday night, Hillary Clinton’s pick for vice presidential candidate, Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, was introduced to voters at the Democratic National Convention.
Kaine gave a speech slamming Clinton’s GOP rival, Donald Trump, demonstrating his fluency in Spanish and talking up the qualities of his running mate. Also on display for the first time on a national stage was Kaine’s affable personality. This caused Twitter users to react by making Tim Kaine “dad jokes.”
Here are some examples.
