When Donald Trump called Hillary Clinton "such a nasty woman" during this week's presidential debate, many people said it was yet another blunder that would hurt him with women voters.
However, one Texas Republican thinks it was just another example of Donald Trump dishing out straight, unvarnished truth that only offends people who abide by political correctness.
CNN reports that Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX) backed up Trump's "nasty woman" comments this week, as he told the Alan Colmes Show that "sometimes a lady needs to be told when she's being nasty."
"You know what, she's saying some nasty things," Babin told Colmes in justifying Trump's comments. "My assessment is that Mrs. Clinton has got so much baggage... I think she's done some nasty things."
Colmes mocked Babin for this, as seconds earlier the congressman had described himself as a "genteel Southerner."
"So you support that Donald Trump said, 'You're a nasty woman?'" Colmes asked. "That, in your Southern, gentleman-y way, is fine with you?"
