President Donald Trump dashed off a tweet about the border wall as bombshell news breaks on investigations into his personal dealings and close associates.
Former FBI director James Comey's new book revealing embarrassing details and grave concerns about the president was released Friday, and the FBI raided Trump's longtime attorney earlier in the week seeking a wide range of evidence.
The president responded to another damaging news cycle by tweeting about his promised border wall -- but it seemed as if he might have been worried about the investigations.
"Tremendous pressure is building, like never before, for the Border Wall and an end to crime cradling Sanctuary Cities," Trump tweeted. "Started the Wall in San Diego, where the people were pushing really hard to get it. They will soon be protected!"
