According to a report from ABC, the man suspected of killing at least five and injuring seven more at a newspaper office in Annapolis has been identified as Jarrod Ramos
According to the report, Ramos resides in Laurel, Maryland, according to multiple law enforcement sources.
NBC News reports Ramos had a history with the paper, filing a suit against it in 2012.
