President Donald Trump was deluged in mockery after tweeting how "ironic" it was that he was under investigation for Russia collusion while also undertaking presidential tasks.
The president started Thursday morning griping again that the special counsel investigation was a "witch hunt" that was distracting from his duties, which he for some reason found "ironic."
Other Twitter users were reminded of Alanis Morrissette's 1995 hit, "Isn't It Ironic?"
