Ex-Republican James Comey urges Americans to vote Democrat to save the country

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R), who is already reeling in the polls and falling farther and farther behind Donald Trump in his bid for the 2024 Republican Party presidential nomination, is reportedly furious with his top strategist for leaking a debate strategy memo that ended up embarrassing the Florida governor.

According to a report from the Washington Post, multiple DeSantis insiders were on hand when he went on a tirade about Jeff Roe, his top strategist at the Never Back Down PAC, and has expressed regrets about hiring him.

MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski and other "Morning Joe" panelists were stunned by Fulton County district attorney Fani Willis' scathing response to Rep. Jim Jordan's attempt to peek into her investigation of Donald Trump.

The Ohio Republican last month asked for records, communications and other documents related to the Trump election interference case, and Willis accused Jordan of obstructing her work and misunderstanding the fundamentals of the law -- and she took a gratuitous shot at his never having taken the bar exam despite finishing law school.

The overturning of Roe v. Wade last year has led to consistent backlashes from voters for anti-abortion Republicans, and now NBC News reports that the party thinks it needs a rebranding.

The report claims that Senate Republicans held a closed-door meeting this week to discuss new polling showing that voters are no longer reacting positively to the "pro-life" label as they associate it with laws that restrict women's access to abortion-related health care.
