President Donald Trump is reportedly having a meltdown over the anonymous New York Times op-ed published Wednesday. According to Washington Post reporter Phillip Rucker said that his sources are confirming the president is “fuming.”
The op-ed was unusual enough for the Women for Trump PAC founder to call on Vice President Mike Pence to intervene in what’s going on at the White House. However, some think Pence was the author behind the story.
It prompted many activists on social media to laugh, mock and diminish the president and his team. You can see the best below:

This stunning OpEd in the New York Times by a senior @realDonaldTrump official is a cry for help. It also validates what 3 books & numerous articles have laid out: Trump is unfit to lead our great nation.
But the GOP Congress remains complicit. You can change that. Vote this Nov https://t.co/skJTFUPYK3

Trump just said if he wasn’t president, the New York Times might not exist.
How can anyone hear that and not know Trump is a malignant narcissist? It’s absolutely insane.

Hello? Saddam? Call your palace.
Trump, calling for the press to "turn over" their source is not something that we do here in America. https://t.co/5l2kpuNCjM

You first reacted by tweeting, “TREASON!” Now you are back to the Fake News schtick. You know the New York Times anonymous source is real because you nearly blew an aneurysm over it.
