On Tuesday, President Donald Trump spoke in front of the United Nation in New York, earning him outright laughter from foreign leaders.

Trump opened up his speech boasting about his administration perceived accomplishments. Trump repeated his “America first” mantra. He also attacked to the Iran Nuclear deal and bragged about his relationship with North Korea president Kim Jong-un.

However, there was one thing “absent” from his speech, CNN’s Jeff Zeleny noted out during an interview with Jake Tapper.

“Noticeably absent from any mention in this speech was Russia or Vladimir Putin,” he said. “Clearly, no message about Russian election meddling from the 2016 campaign, and no warning about the midterm elections to come in November.”
