Donald Trump's former "fixer" and attorney Michael Cohen has registered with the Democratic Party in his latest rebuke of the president.
Axios reported Cohen's party flip and said the attorney changed his registration around noon EST on Thursday, according to a "knowledgeable source."
The change in registration came a day ahead of New York's voter registration deadline on October 12.
The report noted that Cohen was only registered as a Republican for about a year.
"He was a registered Democrat before 2017," Axios noted, "when he became a Republican after being asked, and agreeing to become, deputy chairman of the Republican National Committee’s finance committee with Steve Wynn serving as chairman."
