Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg fell in her office at the U.S. Supreme Court and broke three ribs.


The 85-year-old justice broke ribs on the left side of her body and has been hospitalized for observation and treatment.

Ginsburg fell Wednesday evening but went to the hospital the following morning after experiencing discomfort, and the broken bones were diagnosed.
