Michael Avenatti will not face felony charges in domestic violence case: report
Stormy Daniels’ lawyer Michael Avenatti will not be charged with felony domestic violence by the Los Angeles County district attorney.
Avenatti was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence on November 14th.
Avenatti said on Twitter that he will focus his efforts on bringing down President Donald Trump and his “unethical cronies.”

Actress Mareli Miniutti made the accusations against Avenatti and claimed he “dragged her across the floor” in his Los Angels apartment after an argument. The case was sent to the Los Angeles City Attorney for consideration of misdemeanor charges, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
He posted a $50,000 bail. Avenatti said the claims against were completely false and suggested that he was set up by Jacob Wohl, a Trump supporter.
