Republican senators screamed at Senate Majority leader in a closed-door luncheon on Thursday, reports the Washington Post.
The GOP senators "clashed with each other and confronted Vice President Pence," the report said "as anger hit a boiling point" over Trump's shutdown.
Among the "heated moments," McConnell was targeted by Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) who told him, “This is your fault."
“Are you suggesting I’m enjoying this?” McConnell reportedly replied.
