President Donald Trump is scheduled to address the nation on Tuesday night, about the ongoing fight for his border wall.
Trump has suggested that if he does not get Congress to support and approve funding for his wall that he might declare it a "national emergency."
However, a source close to Trump reviewed the draft for his primetime address and said that it does not include him declaring a national emergency according to the Wall Street Journal.
"The president’s speech didn’t include any declaration of a national emergency, according to the person," the report said.
However, the speech will aim to explain why Trump viewed the border wall as a crisis and seek to gain bipartisan support for the wall.
The president is known to go off script, so still, anything is possible. Trump will be live from the oval office on Tuesday night at 9 p.m. EST.
