CNN panel mocks Trump for calling human smuggling an 'art'
President Donald Trump delivers his State of the Union address.

On Monday, President Donald Trump flew to El, Paso, Texas, to make the case for a border wall.

In a speech to reporters, Trump noted the need to catch dangerous criminals as well as stem the flow of human trafficking, and "art" he describes as old as time. "How bad is that? Human smuggling. People think that of an ancient art," the president said.

On CNN's the Lead, Jake Tapper and other panelists pointed out where the President had erred.

"I don't know anyone that thinks of that as an ancient art," Tapper pointed out. "It's an ancient crime," Rick Santorum added, as the panel dissolved into laughter.
