On Wednesday, Rep. Joe Kennedy III (D-MA) questioned President Donald Trump's knowledge of how government works in an interview with SiriusXMProgress show host Dean Obeidallah.
He joked that it "might have been a while" since Trump read the United States Constitution.
Trump has criticized the multiple investigations in his life and organizations by calling them "presidential harassment."
"I think our president is a bully, and I think he tried to use the powers of the presidency to bully a co-equal branch of government and it's not going to work," Kennedy said.
