President Donald Trump's former attorney John Dowd slammed special counsel Robert Mueller as a "baby" for complaining that Attorney General Bill Barr mischaracterized his investigation.
After the bombshell report was published Tuesday, Barr was highly criticized with some suggesting he resign from office or face impeachment.
Dowd, however, criticized the victim.
