Michigan Democratic Deputy Chief Whip Dan Kildee said Monday that his party was "agonizing" over what to do about President Donald Trump after the Mueller report revealed "frightening" corruption, chaos, and incompetence in the White House.
"I have been really disturbed by what I've read in the Mueller report, particularly the interactions between the president and his counsel, Don McGahn," Kildee said.
"We're going to have to make a hard call on this," he continued. "The easy ones are where we know there will be blowback, but there's no question about what we should do."
"I've got to tell you, this is one we're going to agonize over," Kildee said of the choice to impeach or censure Trump. "The look that we've had into this presidency through this report is frightening."
