President Donald Trump's motorcade was involved in a crash Tuesday. While the president wasn't affected, the motorcycle police officers were.

According to Reuters, local police officers were escorting Trump to an event in Louisiana when the crash occurred and at least three officers were on the ground and injured. The motorcade slowed, passing the site of the accident near Lake Charles and the press was allowed to see before being rushed to the event.

Three of the four officers were taken to the hospital to treat injuries, the USA Today reported.

"The injured officers were from the Westlake Police Department, Sulfur Police Department and the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office," the report said.
