Trump can’t stop ranting about Robert Mueller and Joe Biden during Mother’s Day celebration

While the majority of the country is celebrating mothers, President Donald Trump couldn’t stop tweeting his tired war against special counsel Robert Mueller and Democrats. Instead of wishing his wife and daughter a happy Mother’s Day, Trump spent the day airing grievances and demanding people look at him instead.

Trump went on to proclaim “no obstruction,” a tired talking point that has been proven not to be the case. If Trump and Attorney General Bill Barr told Mueller to make a judgment on whether Trump should be impeached or even prosecuted for obstruction, the report leads many legal analysts to believe Mueller handed a case over to prove obstruction.

He then turned to attack Joe Biden, which he has deemed “Sleepy Joe,” though no one can figure out why.

GOP senator offended LDS community after likening Trump to a ‘selfless’ Book of Mormon hero: report

Politics and religion are colliding out west after comments a Republican senator made while stumping for the president.

"Sen. Mike Lee drew criticism from members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints this week after comparing President Donald Trump to Captain Moroni, a heroic and selfless figure in the Book of Mormon," The Arizona Republic reported Friday evening.

"To my Mormon friends, my Latter-day Saint friends, think of him as Captain Moroni," Lee (R-UT) said, pointing to Trump. "He seeks not power, but to pull it down. He seeks not the praise of the world or the ‘fake news,’ but he seeks the well-being and the peace of the American people."
