Accused CEO shooter Luigi Mangione had a meltdown outside a Pennsylvania courthouse Tuesday, yelling at reporters before cops wrestled him inside.

He yelled what sounded like, “It’s completely unjust!” as he was being taken from a police cruiser for his first court hearing after being charged with murder.

He’s accused of walking up to United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson on a Manhattan sidewalk and shooting him dead.

“It’s an insult to the intelligence of the American people," he shouted.

Cops pushed him up against a wall before pushing marching him into the building.

Dressed in an orange jumpsuit, Mangione was set to appear before a judge determining if he should be extradited from Pennsylvania, where he was arrested Monday, back to New York City.
