An Indianapolis woman was arrested after she drove her car into a building. The plot, however, wasn't an accident, it was a planned attack that has since earned her the legal label of an alleged "terrorist."

According to Fox59, 34-year-old Ruba Almaghtheh was arrested after running her car into the Israelite School of Universal and Practical Knowledge. The problem, however, is that the "school" is "extreme and antisemetic," according to the Anti-Defamation League. The Southern Poverty Law Center has also designated them as a hate group.

Thus far, she has only been charged with intimidation, but that is still a level 5 felony threat to commit terrorism. More charges may follow.

"According to a police report obtained by FOX59/CBS4, police were called to the building around 12:30 Saturday morning to investigate a hate crime," said the report. "Officers said Almaghtheh backed her car into the building while several adults and children were inside."

Police said that she told reporters she was following the Israel-Hamas war and wanted to plot her attack on the building. She told police she was offended by the "Hebrew Israelite" symbols on the building.

"According to the report, Almaghtheh was interviewed by detectives and admitted to committing the hate crime during her courtesy phone call with a family member," said the report.
