Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) lost his cool Thursday, calling MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell a liar when she fact-checked his allegations about President Joe Biden.
After using the GOP talking point about the "Biden Crime Family," Mitchell cut in to say that Good had no evidence of the claims he made and they were nothing more than accusations.
"You are lying there," claimed Good. "You are being dishonest to say there's no evidence. This is evidence that would be admissible in any case when you have texts, you have emails, testimony, when you have visit history, those things."
POLL: Should Trump be allowed to run for office?
"Not true," she cut in.
"That's evidence. You can debate the evidence and whether you think it proves beyond a reasonable doubt, but that's what the oversight committee is doing with the impeachment inquiry," Good said, talking over Mitchell as she shook her head.
"It may be uncomfortable for defenders like you, but it's false," Good snapped.
"I'm not a defender. I'm trying to call the facts as we see them and know them at this time, sir," Mitchell pushed back. "Evidence is presented. Evidence is contradicted."
