Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and her soon-to-be ex Jayson were spotted lunching together and then puffing together in a parking lot. Boebert can be seen squatting and smoking a cigarette after they finalized their divorce as husband and wife, the Daily Mail reported.
The couple, who took their six-month-old grandson to the Mesa County Courthouse in Grand Junction, Colorado, had arrived to hash out the terms of their dissolved marriage and then reunited in a Walmart parking lot to smoke a cigarette, with the congresswoman crouching down between cars.
The publication trailed the couple who they say arrived separately to court, but carpooled in Boebert's black Honda SUV where they then broke bread together at a local eatery called Warehouse 2565, which bills itself on its website as the "perfect destination for classic American cuisine & Date Night."

Citing irreconcilable differences, Boebert filed for divorce on April 25, the Colorado Sun reported.
The second-term Republican lawmaker had initially mentioned her divorce when confronted about her adult-themed behavior at Denver's Buell Theater where she had been recorded on CCTV getting handsy with her date, Aspen bar owner Quinn Gallagher, and also vaping, and making a scene during a performance of the Broadway touring musical “Beetlejuice."
Both of them were ejected from the theater after nearby audience members complained.
When they were being ejected, Boebert reportedly asked theater security personnel, “Do you know who I am?” before she and Gallagher were escorted out.
Boebert released in a statement of contrition: “There’s no perfect blueprint for going through a public and difficult divorce, which over the past four months has made for a challenging time for me and my entire family. I’ve tried to handle it with strength and grace as best as I can, but I simply fell short of my values on Sunday. That’s unacceptable and I’m sorry,”
