Former President Donald Trump took to his Truth Social platform Thursday to rage — once again — against Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

"The things that took place at the Manhattan D.A.’s office, in conjunction with people from the DOJ put in charge of 'getting TRUMP,' are truly a sight to behold," wrote Trump. "They illegally withheld thousands of pages of documents. Then you have the really shady 'Pomerantz' issue, and wow, people have never seen anything like this one."

"This will make Fani and her 'lover' look like small potatoes!!!" Trump added — a reference to the ethics hearing about the Fulton County DA, who is prosecuting Trump's election conspiracy case in Georgia.

Mark Pomerantz is a former prosecutor who consulted with Bragg and wrote a book on the matter shortly before the charges were filed against Trump. Republican lawmakers have been seeking to investigate him as part of their "weaponization of government" probe.

The criminal hush payment trial in New York being prosecuted by Bragg appears on track to be the first of Trump's four cases to be litigated in court.

However, the case encountered a setback this week as prosecutors with Bragg's office said they are not opposed to a 30-day delay of the trial, currently intended to start later this month, to review a tranche of documents recently handed over by federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York.
