One of the men who attacked the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, known as "the window puncher," was finally arrested, according to The Tennesseean.

Ronnie B. Presley of Bethpage was arrested on Friday according to a release from the U.S. Attorney's Office. He is the ninth person with ties to the state to be arrested.

Presley is set to appear before a U.S. Magistrate Judge in Nashville, the U.S. attorney said in the tweet.

Presley was captured in videos and photos punching the window of the Capitol building.

Bloomberg News reporter William Turton uploaded videos of Presley on the phone shouting "I'm standing on the steps of the Capitol. Yeah? Can you see me? I'm on the top step of the f*cking Capitol, Bill! With everybody! You can come too!"

He offered his name to Turton when he asked and told him which state he was from.

Presley was photographed again inside the Capitol.
