It’s time to say goodbye to changing clocks twice a year

We are fast approaching the time when we move our clocks back an hour, commonly described as “falling back,” and say goodbye to daylight saving time. Perhaps members of Congress could get their acts together and make it unnecessary to change the clocks twice a year. On Nov. 5 at 2 a.m. local time, clocks are to be moved back. This will give each of us some extra sunlight in the morning and less sunlight in the late afternoon.
