In an attempt to explain changing President Joe Biden's nickname, it appears Donald Trump just admitted to underestimating the president.

Trump took several jabs at Biden during his speech for Turning Point USA on Saturday, including once again calling him "Crooked Biden." Trump has previously explained that he now thinks Biden is worse than Hillary Clinton, which is why he took his previous name from her and awarded it to the president.

Trump once again said he was taking the name away from Clinton, and noted that he would recite other nicknames he has used for different opponents in the past, if many of them were not his good friends now.

In explaining Trump's change on Biden's new name, Trump says he came up with "Sleepy Joe" several years ago. However, he said, "Maybe he's less sleepy than we thought."
