Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) expressed frustration over ongoing Senate votes on President Donald Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill.
While speaking to reporters on Monday, the senator was asked what time voting would wrap up.
"Oh my God, I just want to go home," Fetterman complained. "I've missed our entire trip to the beach."
"My family's going to be back before we have done that," he continued.
The senator insisted he and other Democrats would vote against the bill.
"There's no drama," he said. "In fact, the only interesting votes are going to be on the margin, whether that's Collins or Johnson, and those. All the Democrats, we all know how that's going to go."
"And I think, I don't think it's really helpful to put people here until some ungodly hour."
