Border Patrol chief Gregory Bovino declared that he would "love the honor" of handcuffing Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN).

In a video posted on Thursday, Bovino appeared to play along as conservative influencer Nick Sortor noted that White House border czar Tom Homan said he was investigating Omar for immigration fraud.

"Can we count on you to make the arrest if we find out that Ilhan Omar is, in fact, illegally in the United States?" Sortor smiled.

"Nick, if she's here illegally, I'll definitely be putting some cuffs on her," Bovino replied with a grin. "I would absolutely love the honor of doing that."

"Awesome, I just want to be there for it. That's all I ask," Sortor added.

"Absolutely," Bovino remarked.
