Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton lost her patience with a MAGA lawmaker during her nearly six-hour deposition last week, new video footage shows.
Clinton was asked by Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) whether she reviewed any materials in the recently released Jeffrey Epstein files that discussed the infamous Pizzagate conspiracy theory, which claimed Democrats were running a child sex trafficking ring out of the basement of a Washington, D.C.-based pizzeria. The question seemed to bother Clinton and her lawyers, one of whom characterized the theory as "wacky."
Clinton shook her head and rolled her eyes before responding to the question.
"Pizzagate was totally made up," Clinton said. "It was an outrageous allegation that ended up hurting a number of people. That caused a deranged man to show up with an assault rifle and shoot up a local pizzeria. I can't believe you're even referencing it."
Boebert defended her question by saying there are "connections" between Pizzagate and some of the language used in the Epstein files.
"QAnon people believe there are, so have at it!" Clinton responded, visibly frustrated.
