Donald Trump spent so much time in office talking about "winning" and focusing on future wins that it became a running joke — and a meme — each time he lost something.
Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) ridiculed the GOP using the Trump meme while speaking to MSNBC on Wednesday about the House leadership failing to pass legislation while obsessing over impeachment.
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was impeached late Tuesday night.

"Well, congratulations to my colleagues across the aisle, they continue their historic run here in the 118th Congress where they removed the speaker, which had never been done in American history, and now they impeached the cabinet secretary by one vote and they had to do it the night before the election because they knew they would lose a congressional seat," Moskowitz said, his voice dripping with disdain.
"But impeached a cabinet secretary, even though he committed no high crimes or misdemeanors or treason or anything enumerated in the constitution. So congrats to them on this streak of just winning," Moskowitz said with sarcasm.
"We're so tired of winning in the 118th Congress over here. They have accomplished absolutely nothing. They walked away from the border deal which would have secured the border. Speaker Trump told them not to do it. I call him Speaker Trump because he's running this place."
He went on to say that the elected speaker, Mike Johnson, is only "masquerading as the speaker," while Trump dictates what unfolds in the House.
"They walked away from the border deal. Mayorkas is still going to be the Secretary of Homeland Security. The Senate is not going to do anything with this," explained Moskowitz. "This was a whole show about nothing, which is why the 118th Congress has been in more chaos. And the only thing that he has to do is edit his Wikipedia page and put in there he was impeached by the 118th Congress."
