As TV footage showed a jovial crowd at the Republican National Committee Monday, questions swirled about who was not there.
Specifically, Ivanka Trump, former President Donald Trump's daughter who spoke in support of her father at the convention in 2020, as well as in 2016.
Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump were both present and outspoken at the convention — with Eric declaring his father the "greatest president that ever lived" — while Ivanka was absent both at the event and on social media. Her last social media post came Sunday in response to the assassination attempt on her father.
Less than halfway through the delegate roll call, Trump achieved the 1,215 Republican delegates needed to clinch the nomination as nearly 2,500 delegates have gathered in Milwaukee for the convention.
"Where is Ivanka?" questioned @LondonGram316 on X, adding a shrugging emoji.

"Looks like Tiff is the stand in," quipped @Heathfeath45, referencing Trump's fourth child Tiffany.
"Ivanka is a no-show? That says a lot," wrote @Chrissy_NC.
"Where's Ivanka & Jared?" asked @gypsyjenn.
"Saw the swagging walk of Eric and Don Jr into the convention floor," wrote @65Beth. "Tiffany and her husband join them. No Ivanka, Jared, Barron."
"There’s no Ivanka. There’s no Pence or Esper or anyone the media can spin as the 'moderating influence,'" wrote @Red_Roscoe. "The crazies are driving the bus, and the only way to stop them is to vote."
