New York Attorney General Letitia James hit back against Donald Trump Wednesday night, saying she refuses to be bullied by the former president, who has been attacking her on social media for several days now.

James said on the third day of her civil fraud trial against Trump and the Trump organization that she won't "back down." Trump himself has targeted James in numerous social media posts.

"Regardless of how many dangerous, racist comments the former president makes, I am not going to back down from my duty to enforce the law," she wrote on social media on Wednesday.

In a video, James says she her case against Trump has been bolstered by those who testified about matching home values before the court.

"Meanwhile, the defendants continued to challenge our case," falsely claiming that the underlying law is unconstitutional.

James further said Trump's claims in defense are "baseless."

"Dangerous and racist comments will not deter me," she added, saying the laws apply to everyone.

"Even Donald Trump," she said, adding that she refuses to be bullied by anyone.
