A convicted Jan. 6. Capitol rioter wants the Supreme Court to free her from a lockup she claims is infested with "mice and insects," reports show.

Sandra Weyer — convicted over her actions on Jan. 6, 2021, and serving a 14-month sentence — wants to be released early from what's described as squalor-like conditions at the Federal Detention Center in Philadelphia, according to Newsweek.

Weyer filed a 12-page motion on New Year's Eve, after 45 days inside, requesting the highest court grant her early release based on "distressing" living conditions of the facility, the report shows.

"The section of the facility to which she has been assigned is experiencing a rodent infestation," according to her motion. "Regularly, Weyer finds mice and insects in her bedding.

"Maggots and weevils are a common sight in the food hall."
