A survivor of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex assault and sex trafficking is renewing calls for the Trump administration to “release the case files about the disgraced financier,” according to an exclusive Newsweek report.
"Releasing the Epstein files must be an imminent objective," Teresa Helm told the outlet. She was assaulted by Epstein in the early 2000s.
Today, she serves as a coordinator at the National Center on Sexual Exploitation. "The ongoing cover-up and extreme lack of transparency has been exhausted. The truth in full is what's deserved, for the survivors of Epstein's sex trafficking operation, and for the public," Helm added.
President Donald Trump had previously promised “full transparency” on the files. However, most of his base were displeased when “Phase 1” of the files were released.
Outspoken Trump supporter Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), is now demanding the full release of the Epstein files by May 16.
She is also head of the House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets.

In a statement, Luna told Newsweek, “The survivors of Jeffrey Epstein as well as the American people deserve to know who among the elite protected, enabled, or participated in Jeffrey Epstein's disgusting racket.”
Congressman James Comer (R-KY) echoed Luna’s comments on an appearance on conservative podcast “The Benny Show.”
"The president ordered them released, the attorney general ordered them released, we all know they have not been released."
Comer added, "The concern I've always had about the Epstein files: Was the government involved? Did the government know? Was the government using Epstein and the videos to blackmail the most influential people around the world?"
According to Newsweek, “Attorney General Pam Bondi said previously the FBI is having to review ‘tens of thousands of videos’ of Epstein with children or involving child porn.” She pointed to the volume of content as to why there is a delay.
The Department of Justice told Newsweek it had no additional comment.
Helm’s renewed calls come less than a month after the death of Virginia Giuffre. The 41-year-old mother of three was an outspoken survivor of Epstein’s trafficking and assaults. Giuffre allegedly took her own life, however, her father, Sky Roberts, is disputing the claim.
Jeffrey Epstein also allegedly died by suicide in 2019. A convicted pedophile, Epstein died in his New York jail cell as he awaited trial for sex trafficking charges. Conspiracy theorists believe Epstein was murdered.
His massive wealth made him well-connected to high-profile including financiers, world leaders, Princes, and more.
