
The rapper known as Kanye West, or simply Ye, shocked social media users Friday with an early morning "rant against Jewish people."
Jake Sherman, founder of Punchbowl News, took to X to flag the development.
"Here's [West] with an early morning rant against Jewish people," the journalist wrote.

For his part, the rapper said, "AINT NOBODY RAMPED UP EITHER IM CALM AS ICE THIS HOW I REALLY FEEL HOW I REALLY FELT AND HOW I WILL ALWAYS FEEL F--- ALL OF YOUR F--- A-- UNFAIR BUSINESS DEALS AMY JEWISH PERSON THAT DOES BUSINESS WITH ME NEEDS TO KNOW I DONT LIKE OR TRUST ANY JEWISH PERSON AMD THIS IS COMPLETELY SOBER WITH NO HENNESY."
In a follow-up post, the rapper, who prefers to go by Ye, says, "IM NEVER APOLOGIZING FOR MY JEWISH COMMENTS."
"I CAN SAY WHATEVER THE F--- I WANNA SAY FOREVER," he added. "WHERES MY F------ APOLOGY FOR FREEZING MY ACCOUNTS SUCK MY D--- HOWS THAT FOR AN APOLOGY."
He posted a slew of other comments, as well, including one that said simply, "I DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE F--- ANTI SEMETIC MEANS ITS JUST SOME BULLS--- JEWISH PEOPLE MADE UP TO PROTECT THEIR BULLS--- WAS THAT THE WRITE THERE."
The comments didn't go over well with many internet users and purported fans.
Political activist Drew Pavlou pleaded with the rapper: "Please Kanye."
