President Donald Trump's ex-campaign manager shaded her ex-husband on Fox News on Tuesday during a strange rant about a Hollywood star who's in a spat with the president.

Kellyanne Conway ranted about former President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris during an appearance on Fox News' show "The Five" on Tuesday. During her rant, she paused and looked directly at the camera to ask a question to Trump foe Rosie O'Donnell that Conway said she's "never tried before."

"Don't you have anybody who loves you?" Conway said. "You need a hug or a husband or a hobby or a hairy dog. Get yourself some help!"

O'Donnell and Trump have been in a spat for several years after O'Donnell criticized Trump during a 2006 episode of "The View."

"He annoys me on a multitude of levels. [He] left the first wife, had an affair, left the second wife, had an affair, had kids both times, but he's the moral compass for 20-year-olds in America," she said at the time, according to People Magazine. "Donald, sit and spin, my friend. I don't enjoy him."

Since then, Trump has lobbed several public shots at O'Donnell. As president, Trump has threatened to revoke her citizenship and said she has "no chance" of being a great American.

O'Donnell has lived in Ireland since early 2025.

"This woman, last week, she referred to Trump as a blob," Conway continued. "A slob calling someone else a blob."

Conway then took a not-so-subtle dig at her ex-husband, George Conway, a former conservative lawyer who is now running for office as a Democrat.

"I've lived with Trump Derangement Syndrome," Conway said. "It's toxic. It's chaotic, and it's sometimes frightening."
