Donald Trump's daughter-in-law is reportedly hinting at a high-profile new position in the incoming administration.

Trump was instrumental in installing Lara as the co-chair of the Republican National Committee. She announced in December she would step down from that role, but there may be something else on the horizon, she told a conservative outlet over the weekend.

"On January 20, Lara, now 42, will be on the steps of the US Capitol to watch her father-in-law, Donald Trump, take the presidential oath a second time," the New York Post reported on Saturday.

The report continues, saying, "She’ll do so as a former co-chair of the RNC and, she hinted to The Post, possibly in a high-profile new role."

"As she hints at a new role in the Trump administration, Lara Trump says her success is exactly why other women should trust her father-in-law, Donald Trump," it states.
