MAGA attorney Mike Davis posted insults and threats on social media against New York Attorney General Letitia James after news broke Thursday that the Department of Justice had launched a criminal probe into alleged mortgage fraud.

Federal Housing Finance Agency director William Pulte sent a letter last month to the DOJ requesting the investigation, alleging that James may have “falsified bank documents and property records to acquire government backed assistance and loans and more favorable loan terms.”

James came to the attention of MAGA world when she successfully prosecuted Donald Trump for fraud and won a $454 million judgment against him and his real estate company.

Davis referenced James in a vulgar post on X on Thursday and included a video clip of an interview with right-wing podcaster Benny Johnson.

"Big Tish James made up weak charges against President Trump, and karma boomeranged back in record time," Davis posted. "Allegedly lying on a mortgage application about where you really live is no joke. As she said herself, no one person is above the law. The precedent is set. Justice is coming, and it needs to make an example out of Big Tish’s fat a--."

In the video clip, Johnson snickered as Davis pontificated: "I would say to Big Tish, lawyer up, because nobody's above the law. And there's pretty damning evidence that you lied on your mortgage application for your Virginia home — you said that was your primary residence, which is clearly a lie because you are the New York attorney general. And as the New York attorney general you are required by New York statutes to have your primary residence in the state of New York, so, you have a lot of explaining to do in the eastern district of Virginia when they indict your fat a--, and they drag you down and make you sit through a federal trial."

Last month, James's office told CNN they were looking into potential insider trading by officials and associates after Trump announced, then paused, sweeping tariffs that caused the stock markets to fluctuate wildly.
