Far-right conspiracy theorist Laura Loomer has managed to secure direct access to Donald Trump despite widespread efforts by his inner circle to freeze her out, according to a damning new account from Trump biographer Michael Wolff.
And there's one person inside the White House who letting her in.
"She's, what, 30 years old? She looks the part. She's on television often for Donald Trump," Wolff revealed on The Daily Beast Podcast this week. "That's the trifecta. I mean, what's not to like from Donald Trump's point of view?"
Wolff's revelations shed new light on how the self-described "proud Islamophobe" and conspiracy peddler has maintained her controversial influence within Trump's orbit, even as top advisers reportedly view her as toxic.
Wolff, author of "Fire and Fury," painted a picture of widespread resistance to Loomer within Trumpworld, with one notable exception — Natalie Harp, the devoted Trump aide infamously dubbed the "human printer" and the "nutter conduit."
"Everybody is trying to keep Laura Loomer out," Wolff explained, "except for Natalie Harp."
"She and Laura Loomer have bonded in some way of friendship or just convenience and that's how Laura Loomer comes in," he continued. "She calls Natalie. She's in. And the president likes her."
Wolff has previously written that Harp was a “reliable nutter conduit” who first introduced Trump to Loomer.
The connection appears to be paying dividends for Loomer, who boasts 1.7 million followers on X and has previously been described by Trump as "terrific" and "very special." Trump has reportedly fired several people inside his inner circle because Loomer suggested they were not loyal to him.
Wolff suggested Trump's attraction to Loomer stems from her media savvy and provocative style.
"She's good television, so that's amusing to him," he noted.
Harp has been dubbed the "human printer" by colleagues because she followed Trump around with a portable printer to hand him hard copies of favorable news coverage, according to The New York Times.
Despite her access, the 32-year-old Loomer has generated significant friction within Trump's world. Behind closed doors, Trump's aides reportedly view her as an "uncontrollable and toxic force," though the president still calls her multiple times per month, The New York Times recently reported.
Loomer herself has been candid about her unique position within Trump's circle.
"My point of access to the White House is Donald Trump," she told The Times in an interview. "And that's really hard for people to comprehend."
